तत्र स्थितौ यत्नोऽभ्यासः ॥१३॥
tatra sthitau yatno-‘bhyāsaḥ ||13||
[RS] 1.13 Assiduousness means resolutely adhering to one’s practice of yoga.
[SS] 1.13 Of these two, effort toward steadiness of mind is practice. [p19]
[TD] 1.13 Practice is basically the correct effort required to move toward, reach, and maintain the state of Yoga. [p154]

(स्थितौ, sthitau) = resolutely; continuously; constantly;
(यत्न, yatna) = effort; practice
(अभ्यासः, abhyāsaḥ) = cheerfulness; assiduousness
