प्रच्छर्दनविधारणाभ्यां वा प्राणस्य ॥३४॥
pracchardana-vidhāraṇa-ābhyāṁ vā prāṇasya ||34||
[JW] 1.34 Or [he gains stability] by expulsion and retention of breath.
